As a tenant it can be frustrating in securing a new property. You fill in your applications, view the property and then are left waiting for days.... only to find out that you have missed out and you are back to step one! We here at Smart Property would like to assist by offering a pre-approval check. All you need to do is download our application form and our tenant property check list.
